Stan provided a first rate service after my mother’s gas fires were condemned and a gas leak detected.   He quickly made the house safe and was able to go through the options and provide a quote for installation of boiler and radiators.  Stan worked hard to ensure gas was quickly restored to the oven, then to the heating.  Throughout Stan kept us informed of what he was doing and was totally reliable, always arriving at the house at arranged times.  The quality of the finished work was good and he was always careful in clearing up after himself.  I have been very impressed by his service and would have no hesitation in employing him again.

The Haywoods Group recently worked with Gas Ray  throughout the conversion of an Old Registry Office, into 14 luxury flats in Kingston. This project was not without its challenges in creating contemporary bathrooms whilst maintaining original features of the locally listed building. Gas Ray managed the bathroom and kitchen plumbing works, always offering sensible alternatives where designs needed to be altered. Further, they installed the gas heating systems – hassle free, in time and within budget. I would recommend Gas Ray to developers and private clients. We will certainly be working alongside them again.

Dear sirs,

I just wanted to give some feedback on the service I received from Stan Ivanov.

Following a recommendation from my kitchen fitter I arranged for Stan to come and relocate my gas boiler. We agreed an appointment time of 8 o’clock on 12th May. Stan arrived promptly at 8am with 1 other guy and the two of them worked tirelessly until approx. 7.30pm.

I cannot stress enough about how pleased I am with the work. Both guys worked so hard and were very polite and friendly throughout the day. All the work was carried out cleanly and with as little disruption to my day as was possible.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed work to be done.

I was recommended Stan via a colleague of mine for plumbing and gas works. He carried out works to my existing heating system,gas boiler check and also plumbed and fitted all my bathroom units. He carried out an absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. Nothing was a problem and worked all the hours to get the job done in a very tight schedule. I would 100% recommend him to anybody, you will struggle to find a better person who cares about his work and afterwards once the job was complete he rang to check all the work was ok and that I had no issues.

Not only was Stan from Gas Ray prompt to respond when I had a boiler breakdown, he also swiftly suggested time and estimated costs to get that all sorted. As a qualified Vaillant installer he outlined the plan and with the fair cost quotation I was under impression that nothing was a problem for his company from the beginning. Stan bought and installed the new boiler without the necessity of my presence in the property and carried all associated works at my tenants’ convenience. I was receiving regular updates and pictures of works carried out and received a professional invoice. Stan also took initiative when discussing warranty and servicing of the new product. He also indicated another potential maintenance problem in the property and outlined next steps to address this. By all means, I would recommend Gas Ray and was very grateful for Stan’s service
